Limetree Beach Resort

The janitorial manager was condescending and sarcastic, with an overinflated ego and poor customer service. She didn’t show the basic judgment to act professionally. She’s a stain on this resort. The resort would do well to remove her from public interaction before it gets more negative reviews.

I’ve owned a timeshare here and visited for many years. The service is excellent, and repairs get done promptly when something needs fixing. Laundry is free, just bring your own soap. The resort is right on the beach, with restaurants and shopping down the road. You can take the trolley, walk, or drive to armand circle for local entertainment or a beach stroll.

The pool and hot tub were perfect, the entertainment was fantastic, and the location was spot on. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were wonderful, and the place was clean. Everyone was so friendly. It was the best solo vacation I’ve taken so far, and I left telling them I couldn’t wait to come back. My only complaint was the view. Huge, towering, overpriced, overpopulated resorts on either side kept it from being a perfect panoramic view.

Such a beautiful view, and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they checked in by text to see how things were going and whether they could do anything to improve our stay. It was close to perfect. The one thing holding it back from five stars was seaweed and reeds building up along the waterfront, though I’m sure it’s difficult to keep that under control. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you.
