Comfort Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs

There's a big seating area, laundry, an older gym, and lovely woodland scenery outside. The location is excellent, with shops and food within walking distance, and the front desk service was excellent too. Rooms seem fairly new, though the hallways and rugs look dated. Breakfast choices were average.

After moving all weekend into my new home, I showed up to find Hotels . Com had messed up my stay dates. The front desk clerk explained what to do and gave me a great room at the same price. He was professional, informative, and gave me good advice throughout. The room was outstanding, the bed amazingly comfortable, and the shower hot and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent quality and made my morning even better. Great service all around, and thanks to the whole staff for their hard work. It was well worth it and made my day.

All the staff were wonderful, and the hotel was quiet and clean. It's a short drive into downtown Saratoga Springs. Walmart and a great Japanese restaurant are within walking distance, with Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds nearby as well.

At about 12:30 AM, after a five-hour drive, I arrived at the Quality Inn in Saratoga expecting the confirmed rate of $267.28. Instead the front desk charged me $340. When I asked about it, different figures kept appearing on the clerk's screen, none close to my original rate. She said there was a $50 service fee and claimed I'd booked through a third party, though my reservation was direct. When I asked her to help, she snapped, “Well, you can just leave then.” Rude, completely unprofessional service.
