Comfort Inn & Suites Savannah Airport

Michala made check-in easy and pleasant with her efficient, professional service. Our room was spacious and clean, though there was a dirt ring in the tub and the bathroom door couldn't close because the toilet was in the way. The gym could use an upgrade. We only stayed overnight, but there were lots of amenities nearby. I'd recommend this motel.

The beds were very comfortable, and the place was very clean. The front desk was pleasant, and all in all we had a great stay. Breakfast could be better: there were no napkins when we visited because they were waiting for an order. The walls are a bit thin, too. I could hear the neighbor talking on the phone. I'd stay again.

The first room was dirty, so I said I'd have to leave if nothing else was available. The apologetic front desk gave me another room, but there was hair in both rooms, and the first had toothpaste on the mirror. I was too tired to look for another hotel. I tried to include pictures, but they don't seem to be showing in my review. I've emailed the vice president of operations and will see whether they're willing to refund or adjust my stay.

The parking worked out perfectly for my large trailer. The desk clerk showed me where to park, with easy room access and space that didn't get in other guests' way. I could unhitch and explore locally without trouble. The room was spotless, even behind the toilet, and everything worked. Check-in was welcoming and easy, and the lot and exterior were well kept. I've stayed in hotels all over the US for work and pleasure, and this was far above the basic experience I expected. Choice Hotels should use it as a model. I'll plan to stay again.
