The staff made this a great stay. I mentioned a shower issue to a friend while we were talking in the lobby one morning, and when I returned that evening it had been fixed, with a nice note left for me. The room itself was great, too. It’s close to the highway and an easy trip into downtown, which worked well for us. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I stay here often, and it’s a great hotel with great staff. On my first night there was a room problem, but Johnny B sorted it out quickly and moved me to a perfect room. After checkout I realized I’d left some equipment behind. Johnny B secured my laptop and shipped it to me promptly. He took such good care of me. Thank you!

The breakfast buffet had lots of tasty choices, and the food service was delicious. Receptionist Cardi made arrival easy. She was friendly and helpful, even finding pliers when we had a problem with our luggage, and she shared advice about downtown parking. The rooms were spacious, but my duvet smelled like musty armpits when I got into bed. Gross. Luckily, we always bring our own blankets.

I live in Statesboro and work in Savannah, and I stayed here three nights during the snow so I wouldn’t have to drive back and forth. Jada, Kim, and Mr.Johnny at reception looked after me so well. The staff were attentive, the rooms spotless, and breakfast was a big step up from a standard continental spread, with real bacon and roasted taters. The service was impeccable.

The hotel sits in a nice tucked-away spot by a lake, and the staff were wonderful. I was late, but Miss Kim still made sure I got breakfast. The cooks are top notch, and the front desk is attentive. My recent stay was remarkable.
