Motel 6 Savannah, GA - Midtown

The rooms were messy and had roaches, and the towels I asked for were dirty. I ended up going to the laundromat to wash them myself. The listing's stock photos also look nothing like the room you'll actually get. I had to switch rooms three times after arriving. There was excessive noise, and the staff were rude and seemed to have an attitude whenever I raised a complaint. They didn't seem concerned about sketchy people around the motel. It needs security, and I worry they rent to just about anyone without considering guest safety. This is the worst motel I've stayed in. Proceed with caution.

I know what a room should look like for a guest arriving, since I work at a hotel. This one was nasty. There was hair and mold around the tub, no batteries in the remote, and the phone didn't work. It was covered in dog hair too. The air conditioner wasn't getting hot either. They don't seem to have housekeeping inspectors. The housekeepers check their own rooms, and nobody comes after them to make sure it's clean enough for the next guest. Please do better. People spend their money to stay here and deserve quality service. I'm here for a month.

I booked a room with a microwave, but they couldn't move me to one because nobody could tell which rooms had them. There are roaches that need attention, and my TV remote didn't work, so the television stayed on porn. I had to turn it off and watch my phone. People sleep on the back steps, and there should be cameras or something. I don't want anyone getting hurt or robbed. I know this is Savannah, but still. I'm going through a hard time and work hard for what I have. I'll meet whoever head on over that. Do better for people, for real. Good service is of God.

The room was filthy. There were used rags all over, dirty sheets, an uncleaned toilet, and floors that clearly hadn't been swept or mopped. The toilet paper dispenser had fallen off the wall, and the TV was stuck on with no remote. I've stayed at plenty of places that were up to standard for the price. Go somewhere else.
