High tea in the afternoon and essence water available all day were highlights for me. We stayed for our first anniversary, and it was magical and fun. The rooms felt cozy and suited our needs, and the location was central. We hope to come back someday.

We were treated so well and felt right at home. Katherine was great throughout our stay, and the complimentary wine and handy ice maker were much appreciated. We had booked the Low Country room and were generously upgraded to the Victoria Suite. The place was always very clean and tidy. They don't serve eggs, but breakfast SMACKS, it's so yummy and filling that we only went out for lunch and dinner. I'd definitely stay here again. Our time here made our Savannah visit even better.

The central location made it easy to walk to major spots, and Savannah itself felt dreamy and very walkable. The property has loads of history and feels luxurious, yet it's one of the oldest places in the city and is kept in great shape. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were accommodating. Shout out to Katherine. It's such a gorgeous place, it made me want to leave a review.

We appreciated the daily room cleaning and the water bottles left for us. The room was comfortable, and we liked having the bar plus complimentary tea and coffee during the day. The Ballastone was quiet and charming throughout our stay, and the location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to do in Savannah. We'd definitely recommend it.

The Old Town trolley stops right outside, so getting around without a car was easy. Nearly everything downtown is about a 15 minute walk, and the back parking and free breakfast made the stay worth every penny. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The Low Country room's rug made it uncomfortable to get around, and it made the porcelain in the bathroom seem soft. The room also ran warm. The included fans brought some relief, but since we run hot, a little more would have helped.
