The staff were incredible, so warm, welcoming, professional, and hospitable, and both the room and the rest of the place were super clean. I also really enjoyed the free breakfast, and the location was great. I'm definitely coming back. I'm not sure why there was a one-star rating, since I don't even remember rating them. I hadn't gotten around to it. And, in my Chilli voice, how dat happen?

Jasmine and the staff were friendly and courteous, and I'm especially grateful to Jasmine for helping me get my kindle back. I left it behind and called a few hours after we checked out. She had housekeeping look for it, secured it in the manager’s safe, and kept it there until I came back three weeks later. We only stayed one night, but the room was spacious and clean, it was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. Thanks again, Jasmine!

Breakfast was good, and the fitness room was nice, though it doesn't open until 7am. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's close to Tanger Outlet, plus lots of other shops and restaurants.

The smell was hard to get past. It was odd in the room, elevator, and hallways, where the carpets also looked dirty. The elevator clanged loudly and felt unsafe. In the room, we found mold by the window and on the bathroom ceiling, a cracked sink, peeling black caulk around the tub, and hairs left by previous guests. The wall thermostat didn't work, so we had to change the temperature at the A/C unit, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order. When I asked to move, the front desk said the hotel was full and wouldn't refund us. I said the room wasn't acceptable, and the agent told us to leave or she would “call the police.” Completely unacceptable. We took photos and plan to file complaints with Booking, our credit card company, and the local building department. The hotel shouldn't be renting rooms in this condition. A total disaster.
