The service was one of the best I've experienced, and the staff were outstanding. The Indian dude with glasses and Cassie were especially helpful. I'd give the stay 8/10, mainly because the pool needs to be bigger and warmer, and the fitness room could use a cable machine.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the Bistro food and staff were excellent. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful during our two-night stay for a funeral. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

We’ve come here four times for hockey, and it’s easy to reach a lot of the rinks. The staff have always been really friendly. The decor is a bit dated, though I could see it coming back into style next decade. The TV is small, and an $8 beer feels like arena pricing. Still, we like staying at a Marriott and will probably be back in the coming years. Don’t be afraid to give this place a try.

The assistant manager said I’d receive Bonvoy points to make up for the disturbance, but they never showed up in my account. I’ve spent 380 lifetime nights at Marriott properties and have never had housekeeping knock before 10 AM. Here, after checking in at 12:30 AM following a delayed flight, I was woken at 8:30 on Saturday by staff knocking on nearby doors and then mine. When I asked why they were going door to door instead of starting with checked-out rooms, the front desk had no answer. The location is close enough to ORD if you have a rental car.

Good location and great staff, especially Henry in the restaurant. I’ve stayed at Marriotts often and have been Titanium for 10 years straight. This is my new favorite around Chicago.
