The location worked well for our visit, and the price was fair for what we got. Our room was clean, with a reasonably comfortable bed. We were given a two-room suite at check-in, which turned out to be useful: on our last morning, a strong weed smell came in, even though it supposedly wasn’t allowed, and the bedroom door kept it out of that room. There’s room to improve. The bathroom was huge, but the shower was a tiny corner unit, despite space for something bigger, and the fixtures could use an update. Breakfast was just okay, with bagels, cereal, and fruit. The waffle machine didn’t work for the first two mornings, the coffee and orange juice weren’t very good, and the water dispensers were always empty. It did the job, though a few small fixes would make it much better value.

I never even checked in. I was trying to book a deluxe suite for myself and my fiancé for the night before and the night of our wedding. I called ahead to let them know the bridal party would be coming by for hair and makeup, just to be considerate. They told me extra guests weren’t allowed and that the policy was two people per room. That limit wasn’t listed, although the price for an extra bed in each room was. My bridal party wasn’t going to sleep there, just get ready, but I couldn’t make the booking work.

For the price, this place is hard to beat. The rooms are kept up well, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and the staff are courteous.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly, but…

We stay at the Belvedere Inn pretty often when visiting family nearby. It’s clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff recently helped me out when I left my Kindle book in the room by mistake. I only noticed once I was home, but when I called, they had found it. A family member picked it up and mailed it back to me. I really appreciated how understanding and helpful the staff were, and how they took care of my property. We’re looking forward to staying there again, knowing guests are treated with respect.
