Best Western Plus Atrium Inn

Mr George was so kind and happy to answer our questions. He even pointed us toward the best biscuits and gravy. The amenities are much better than the pictures show, so this felt like a great find. Hotel owner, you might consider refreshing the exterior paint, making a few updates, and replacing the photos with better angles. Honestly, I’d pay wayyy more for the hotel.

The pool was amazing, and the guys at the front door seemed really nice. But the room was another story. It smelled funky, and I found dryer sheets and a blood stain under the pillow. I have pictures of the stain. The hotel itself feels very old-fashioned.

We checked in with our kids, but as soon as we reached the second floor it smelled strongly of marijuana, so we had to leave right away. The guy working that night said he’d talk to his boss about a refund and let us know. Now it’s the next day, and we can’t get a refund because we booked through hotels.com. Don’t stay here unless you smoke weed.

A comfortable, reasonably priced place, though it’s not especially fancy. There’s an indoor pool, and yes, I’m mentioning it again, plus a hot tub, free breakfast for guests, laundry, and a fitness center. Denny’s is next door on one side and KFC on the other. Walmart and other restaurants are close by too.
