Hampton Inn & Suites Schertz

This was my second stay, and the property keeps exceeding expectations. The location is excellent, with eateries and other businesses within a safe walk. Parking is ample, the outside areas are well lit at night, and there’s a gym and a small market for everyday needs. The whole place is well maintained and clean, the rooms immaculate, and breakfast is included, which adds a lot of value. Attention to detail shows throughout. My housekeeping technician, Jasmyn Aparicio, deserves a special mention because every detail in my room was on point. This is officially my go-to when I’m in the San Antonio Metro Complex.

Sharon at the front desk made a great impression, friendly, professional, and very helpful at check-in and throughout my stay. The rest of the team was wonderful too, with excellent service and a warm, positive atmosphere. From start to finish, I felt welcome and comfortable, and everything met my expectations.

The rooms look and smell old, and the customer service mostly wasn’t there. I walked past the front desk several times without a single employee saying anything. On my last night, 1/5/26, I went to buy a treat and the employee at the front was very sweet. Management might want to consider having her work days, when more people are around the front desk.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was included. The hotel is close to the highway, restaurants, and a gas station. Best of all, the staff go out of their way to help. Special thanks to Sean for doing exactly that. I’m sure people like you are why guests come back, and I hope management notices your dedication. Highly recommend!
