Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Allentown West

My six-year-old was all about the water slide, and the pool area was in good shape. Inside the room, it was so quiet you couldn’t hear anything, and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the little reading lights on both sides of the bed, perfect for someone who reads a lot. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Service was wonderful. There really wasn’t a thing to complain about, and we’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was an easy, comfortable start to the day. The bright dining area was clean, had plenty of seats, and felt relaxed. There were waffle makers, hot food, pastries, cereal, and other options, all laid out clearly and simple to use. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the clean lobby and shared spaces added to the calm, safe feeling of the hotel. My stay at this Fairfield by Marriott was very nice. It was quiet, clean, and well cared for, with a welcoming entrance and straightforward parking. I’d happily stay again and recommend it for the good breakfast, service, and clean rooms.

We went to a hockey game at the PPL Center, about a 20-minute drive from the hotel. This was my first stay at a hotel with a water slide, which was really cool. The property was gorgeous, clean, and quiet, and there were plenty of food choices just a 3-5 minute drive away.

The warm saltwater pool was a hit with the kids, especially the slide, and we loved staying here. We had a service dog, but other pets aren’t allowed, which was the only other downside. The beds weren’t especially comfortable, though the rest of the hotel made up for that. My husband had a small issue with a worker before we arrived, but aside from that, the hotel was great. I loved the body wash so much I might like it more than my usual favorite. We’ll be back.
