I65 Studio Suites

We’ve been here almost a month while we sort out housing, and it’s been a really good stay. The place is clean and quiet, our room has had no bugs or other problems, and we haven’t had trouble with neighbors or noise. We haven’t heard the pets that other people mention either. Steve has been friendly, professional, and a huge help, and the maintenance staff have been great whenever we needed them. I don’t understand the bad reviews. We’re very happy here and would come back if we needed to.

We’ve been living here for about seven months, and the walk-in showers and handicap accessibility work well for my disabled husband. Management and maintenance have always been helpful, even going above and beyond when I’ve had an issue. They also helped get my father into a room before he passed away in December. Every time I’ve dealt with Steve, he’s been nice and professional. It’s a great place to stay.

There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the expressway is close by. Our room had been remodeled and looked very nice, with a new large walk-in shower and matching sink in the bathroom. The owner and management are onsite daily, and maintenance is available 24/7. Everyone was personable, easy to talk to, and easy to deal with if we needed anything.

Brandon made booking easy for the monthly stay my coworker and I needed while traveling for work. Check-in was simple too, but we didn’t get the kitchenette rooms shown online, which would have helped during our planned stay of at least three months. The first room had a loose light fixture and a smoke alarm that kept going off. They moved me, after someone suggested taking the alarm battery out, which I wasn’t willing to do. The next room was satisfactory, but the floor took six rounds of cleaning before it was finally clean. We also had no internet for the first three nights, so no TV or other entertainment. The rooms are fairly quiet unless the dogs start barking and howling at all hours. I raised this with Brandon, who said he’d address it, but it continued until I checked out. Marijuana smell also seeped into the hallways and my room at different times, especially on weekends. I brought that up with Brandon too, and nothing changed. Many dog owners use leashes and take their pets to the field, but others let them run loose, relieve themselves on the sidewalk, and leave it there. Getting my deposit back took repeated attempts. Brandon said he’d call to refund it, but didn’t.
