Our three-bedroom condo worked perfectly for our group, and the place was quiet with shaded parking. We booked through VRBO and found the pool and games room to be resort quality. Nearly everything we needed was within walking distance. There were tennis courts too, though they weren’t really suited to us Canadians playing tennis.

The residents and guests have been friendly and happy to share their favorite local spots, along with which roads to avoid and when. We found the setting quiet, although some units are nearer the busy streets. Food, shopping, and medical care are close by if needed. We found this well-kept condo community through VRBO while snowbirding, and it’s been a clean place to stay. The pool is warm and the hot tub comfortable. The grounds, pool, and gas grills are well maintained. The fitness room is adequate but compact, and the clubhouse is comfortable, with an outdoor gas fire pit.

The development is beautiful, but the HOA fees are pretty steep. I own a three-bedroom and pay almost $300 a month. I suspect the fees will climb even higher next year.

It wasn’t my kind of place. The pool water was much too warm, and a lot of the subdivision has no scenic view. Parking and finding the units were both difficult, with no signs to help.

I spent two years living here and loved it. It’s quiet and feels safe, and the property is well kept.
