Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale North/Perimeter Center

The restaurant dinner was delicious, and the service was very good. I’ve been on the road for a week, so having a clean laundry room was useful. The washer drain overflowed a little, which we reported, but otherwise laundry was easy to get done on-site. After a long day, we returned to find the room refreshed the next day. I hadn’t expected that, and it was a nice surprise. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly as I’d expect at a Hilton Garden Inn, checked in quickly, and shown to my suite. It was very clean and had everything I needed. I asked for a couple of items and they arrived quickly. Breakfast staff were great, and I don’t know how they find such good chefs.

I chose a corner room at the end for some quiet. It was clean and very nice, with a wonderful king bed. My Keurig didn’t work the next morning, so I went to the lobby in my pajamas because I needed coffee. The lobby coffee was delicious, and the buffet breakfast was prepared and very good. The dining room wait staff were great. I arrived late and was tired. The front desk clerk had her head down and wasn’t feeling well, so there was no one ready at the desk. She called for help, but by the time I reached my room on the other side of the building, I couldn’t figure out the keycard on my phone. I called the desk, and someone else came to let me in.

The staff were amazing and made me feel welcome. The bartender and kitchen crew were excellent, and a very nice older gentleman at the front desk was attentive and quickly took care of the dead bobcat out front. Just be ready to pay for breakfast and dinner, since neither is included. I’ll stay again if I travel that way for business.

The staff were so kind and professional, and their warm welcome made our family stay even better. Our room was spotless and the location was really convenient. I’d happily stay here again.
