The suite was stunning, though the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, and the staff went above and beyond. Since we arrived late, they even let my family deliver food to the unit early. That was exceptional service and helped make our stay memorable. I’d recommend it.

It’s fantastic here. The rooms are large and beautiful, with lots of sunlight, a balcony or patio, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, nice bathrooms, and big closets. The grounds are lovely too, with a playground, BBQ area, and wonderful pools. Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently close. I always stay here when I’m in Scottsdale.

The kitchen equipment didn’t meet my expectations. The pots and pans were cheap and coated with nonstick material that affects the taste of food, and there were only large pots and bowls, which wasn’t convenient for smaller dishes. We asked for a tea kettle and got a plastic device that made both tea and coffee undrinkable. It did switch off after boiling at first, but later turned itself back on while empty. That malfunction could cause a fire if unnoticed. We also found the water undrinkable and bought bottled water. A filtered water station near the pool would let guests refill bottles instead of making another trip to the store. Those issues are why I’d rate the facility 3 out of 5. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and in a central spot with plenty of attractions nearby. It was our first stay here. We went to the winter wonderland attraction at The Princess, and I’d highly recommend it. Old Tow Scottsdale has gifts and souvenirs of every kind. We also drove to Bearizona in Williams Arizona, a wildlife park with both drive-through and walk-through sections that was worth the time. Williams itself made for a satisfying stroll, with lots of shops and the feel of an old town square.
