We stayed November 18-20, 2025, in King Bedroom Suite 313, using 30,000 Chase points. The listed cash price was $180 a night. The room was fairly large, with a living area separated from the bed by a curtain, lots of counter space and a desk, plus a half kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, dishes, and plenty of storage. Breakfast runs from 6 to 9 am in two parts of the large lobby. There were scrambled eggs and omelets, sausage, waffle and pancake makers, along with a nice range of continental items. The gym is spacious and connects to the laundry room, which is handy if you want to work out while doing laundry. Quite a few baseball players may be staying long term, depending on the season, and they use the gym for their workouts. The lobby also has a pool table and other games. The shower got warm quickly, and it was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a dispenser, and bar soap. There was some wear and tear around the hotel and room, though everything worked. That seems like something to expect at an extended-stay property. A good option for shorter or longer stays. If you want more luxury, there are better choices.

I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for more than 20 years and have never had a check-in like this. The posted time is 4 pm, already later than I’m used to seeing. We came by around 3, since many hotels let you in once a room is ready, often by early afternoon. The desk told us to return at 4, but when we did, the room still wasn’t available. We explained we were in town for a family funeral and needed time to get ready and see people, but we had to wait until 5 pm. We were staying three nights, so I asked if the first night could be comped. They said the manager wasn’t there on weekends and suggested emailing them. We never got a reply. Shame on Hilton.

After a long drive with a toddler, a newborn, and a teenager, we arrived just after the posted 4 pm check-in time, only to be told our room wasn’t ready. We’d booked well in advance, so waiting in the lobby for more than an hour was frustrating, especially after paying a premium for what should be a nicer hotel experience. I understand delays happen sometimes, but guests plan around the stated check-in time and spend a lot to stay here. The hotel should have the room ready or let people know what’s happening and offer some kind of accommodation. That long wait was a disappointing start and didn’t meet our expectations.

I’m here for a work conference and got blisters on my ankles. Sariana at the front desk came to my rescue with bandages, antiseptic, and pain relief gel. What a sweetheart. Thanks so much! Five stars, and I’ll recommend her to everyone.
