We'd absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family. The customer service was stellar: we were greeted with a smile whenever we passed the lobby, and Dominic made check-in a treat. He also made sure we had a quiet room on the opposite side of the hotel after we mentioned reviews about noise from the nightclub next door and that we had a young family. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with new beds that exceeded our expectations. Parking was ample, with security around the lots at night, and Old Town was only steps away, so we didn't need to move the car to explore. We booked breakfast ahead of time; it was delicious, had a good healthy variety, and there was plenty for everyone. When we ran out of soap and asked for extra towels, both were restocked immediately and generously.

Even with construction going on during our visit, the customer service was impressive enough to make this a 10/10 stay for me. They held our bags before check-in so we could explore Old Town, which is conveniently close. The room was clean and spacious, with a microwave, fridge, and other standard features. I found the bed comfortable since I prefer a firm mattress. We skipped breakfast and went to nearby Jojo's, which was amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was good value and handy when we didn't want to go out.

The room was clean and spacious, as I'd expect from a Hyatt, but the noise made the stay unbearable. I'm a Globalist, and we stayed two nights; both nights there was shouting and loud street noise. Then a loud trash truck started working at 3 am. I couldn't fall asleep. Without better noise control, I can't recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but the construction made the visit disappointing. The main lobby was closed off, with floors and walls torn open in the common areas. We shared elevators with construction workers, and both check-in and breakfast took place in temporary, makeshift areas that weren't very welcoming or convenient. Parking was also very limited. If we'd known how extensive the renovations were, we'd likely have picked another hotel. Once the work is done, this will probably be a fantastic place to stay.

I haven't checked out yet, but I'm already giving this five stars. There's a major renovation underway, but the staff have gone above and beyond. They let me check in almost three hours early without an extra fee and are giving me a free late checkout because I need a desk to work at while the business center is closed. Breakfast is also complimentary right now due to the renovation. The pool area is large and nice. I'd definitely stay again.
