The condo had everything we needed, including paper products, so we didn't have to buy extras. It was quiet and peaceful, in a convenient spot close to the things we wanted to do. Check-in was easy, and we were able to arrive early. When I called twice with questions, real people picked up quickly and were kind and helpful. Check-out was especially easy too, with only a reminder to check for our belongings. We'd happily stay here or at Meridian Condos again and again.

The Gleneagles condos aren't at the office, even though that's where the Google Maps address takes you. That needs to be made clearer. Our room was spacious and clean, and Steve was helpful and communicated well during the stay. The key sets should all include amenity and gate keys. We got stuck inside the gate when our group wasn't together.

From the start, things went badly. We booked a twin bed setup but arrived to find two king beds, and the check-in information didn't come until well after 4. I was glad I went in on my own. The gate stayed open all week, which didn't feel safe. The place was hot and stuffy in April, even with every fan running, and we weren't allowed to set the AC below 74. I can't imagine how it is in summer. There were bugs, the tubs drained while we were trying to bathe, and the pools and hot tubs weren't working more than half the time. The dishwasher didn't work properly either, and the fridge water filter light was already on when we arrived. I spent over 1700 dollars trying to get comfort and luxury, and would have found more at a la Ouinta. I truly hate what I spent. Nobody could pay me to stay again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Six hours into an 11-hour work trip to Scottsdale, our truck had a catastrophic engine failure. We physically couldn't make the three-day reservation we'd booked just two nights earlier, and I lost another 500 dollars on top of missing work and the cost of the breakdown. I wouldn't give this company my business again. Steve, the sales manager, told me he couldn't do anything because the breakdown happened on check-in day. I was first told he wasn't in and I'd have to wait until the next day to hear what might be possible. I called back 30 minutes later to ask for a corporate or higher-up contact, hoping for even a partial refund. Steve said it was a small company, he was as high as it went, and nothing else could be done. When I asked whether he had a boss, he said he'd already spoken to them, though he also said there was nowhere higher to go. I asked if any part could be refunded, even just the last night, and he said he'd call me back. He never did. I understand the booking was for check-in day, but losing the whole amount felt greedy and showed no empathy. If you have circumstances outside your control, expect to lose your money.
