Residence Inn Scottsdale Salt River

The outdoor space is what sold me most. Between the two buildings there’s a pool, gas fireplaces, plenty of places to sit, and greenery. Walking through it, I could almost forget the roads and buildings around us. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and really spacious, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants on site and breakfast is free, too. I’ve stayed at Residence Inn's before and already liked the roomy, homey feel and kitchens, but this was easily the best one. It’s my work trip spot in the area now.

I keep coming back for business trips. The rooms are consistently clean, breakfast is good, and it’s easy to get to the highway. Everyone I’ve dealt with, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff, has been sincerely helpful and nice. My one complaint is the parking charge they introduced a few years ago.

We spent several days here for a tennis event in Scottsdale, and the shared grounds with the Marriott Courtyard were a lovely place to unwind with friends. Our room was clean, nicely arranged, and well stocked. The staff were efficient and helpful every time we needed something, starting right when we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll return the next time we’re in Scottsdale.

I was here for work, and Lindsey had already helped with questions about the 7 rooms we booked the week before our visit. She, Shania, and the rest of the staff made our group feel welcome. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and we’ll definitely come back to the Residence Inn.
