A really pleasant stay, with a quiet setting and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and the hotel had nice amenities too. It's close to restaurants, shopping, golf, trails, and other attractions. A great option for an extended business trip or visit.

The staff were very nice, and the waffle station on my first breakfast was the highlight of my stay. It was gone the next day, which was disappointing. Breakfast is buffet style; I suggested an omelet station to the woman working there, and she said she'd been pitching the idea to her managers for a while. The pool area was clean and quite large, but too cold for me to swim when I visited. Rooms have plenty of space and the kitchen setup is handy for families, though they could use some updates. Since housekeeping only comes every other day, I didn't have enough towels for two days. My stay at Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch was mixed. It's a good hotel for a short visit, especially if you're planning to explore the area rather than spend most of your time at the hotel.

The people here are what made the stay so memorable. I was here for almost two months, and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were very clean, with new carpet, and while I was there they upgraded the washing machines, internet, and some furniture. It's a clean, safe place with an unbeatable location. I actually felt at home here for a few weeks, and when I'm in Arizona again I'll go out of my way to stay here. They keep making improvements, so I can't wait to come back. Thanks to the whole team for one of the best hotel stays of my life.
