Really nice place to live. Great amenities, and the staff are wonderful.

The grounds are beautiful and the clubhouse is gorgeous, but residents get treated like kids here. They enforce pool operating hours and will actually tell you to leave if you’re there after closing. Parking is awful and they keep an eye on it. Some people also let their animals make noise and don’t clean up after them. We don’t need to be babied; we have parents for that.

There’s a lovely pool outside, and indoors you’ll find comfortable chairs for lounging plus two spacious, equipped rooms, one for exercise and one for movies. It’s a wonderful facility for local residents, with great staff and weekly evening dinners from Chef Mike.

It’s a nice apartment complex, though a bit crowded and, to me, somewhat overpriced. If you don’t know your way around, it’s easy to get lost driving through it, but that’s Scottsdale for you. I’ve only seen the inside of the one unit I worked in, and it was beautiful. We installed a washing machine in a third-floor apartment yesterday, and the stairwells were laid out so well for the space that moving the new machine up and the old one down for disposal was no problem at all.
