The grounds are lush and beautiful, and the complex has well equipped amenities: two heated pools, a hot tub, sauna, and billiard room. It’s a great location for walking or biking to Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, dining, or baseball. There are many updated properties available for monthly rentals.

I’ve lived here for 18 years. It’s a great place, clean and very well maintained, and the people are great. The location can’t be beat.

This is an older apartment complex that’s been converted to condos. There are several buildings, and the parking area has decent signs to help you find your way. Visitor parking is limited, and watch for blind spots near the dumpsters. The site is historically significant: actor Bob Crane was murdered in his apartment here in June 1978.

I moved in recently and love it here! I also got lucky and found some video equipment abandoned by the dumpster, so I took it home. They don’t call me the scrounger for nothing.
