Condo E101 was the worst place we’ve stayed on 30A in 12 years of visits, and way overpriced for what you get. The beach itself is good, but the condo falls short. The internet was very slow, and getting to the stackable washer and dryer was difficult. The fridge wouldn’t stay cold, and when we mentioned it, the property manager gave us attitude. The shower and bath combos felt like something from a mobile home, and the curtain rods were metal conduit. We would NOT stay here again.

We had a comfortable 2bd2ba condo with a full kitchen on the second floor, with lovely beach views. The private beach access leads to a quieter stretch, lined with houses and two- and three-story condos and set a bit away from public access. It stayed low-key and uncrowded even during spring break. There’s also a grassy yard with hedges that I saw other visitors using with pets and small kids, so it’s a good family spot. The only downside is the stairs to the beach. I’d climb them any day, though they could be hard for some people.
