We spent two nights at Kaiya Beach Resort for my birthday. The unit was absolutely beautiful, but I probably wouldn’t stay again. On my birthday, the beach club was closed for a photoshoot, which was disappointing since I’d been looking forward to it. We couldn’t even look inside, and I missed the infinity pool and rooftop gym. At the beach, construction noise from several homes being built went on all day. Bring air pods if you don’t want to listen to it. The main road was noisy too, and there were large silverfish in both the master bath and guest room. I told the property they should spray when we left. Before arrival, I spoke by phone with Evan, a concierge, who kindly and helpfully described the property and its paid amenities. At check-in we were told about a $100 non-refundable damage waiver for our two-night stay. The room rate may look cheaper than at other nearby hotels, but the extras add up: two beach chairs cost $85, beach club access is $100 per person, and bikes are $65 per person. There are no restaurants or cafes on the property. We’d stayed at Camp Creek Inn for the two nights before Kaiya, and that felt like a better value.

When rain canceled our beach bonfire, the team quickly turned the lobby into a makeshift lounge while the storm passed. That made for a great experience and memory. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and customer service. We hope to vacation with you all next year, God willing.

Kaiya Beach Resort has become our new home. My husband and I bought a beautiful condo here, and the whole team has been so helpful. I can’t thank them enough. Alex and Karl in construction were hands-on, and Ryan and Jason Romair were very accommodating when they showed my family the club. Herve Blondell, the general manager, went out of his way to explain the amenities, and Briton showed us the gorgeous property. Trudy was especially kind to me, as I’m almost 81 on Feb8. We were sold, and now we live in Paradise!! Judge Peter and Marie Economus😎

My wife and I bought in Kaiya Club Residences, and it’s a beautiful, lovely property. The location on 30A is fabulous. Herve and Emma, along with the whole staff, have been so friendly, interested, and helpful.
