Glad we picked this clean, private, gated property. The condo and pool were nice, the views fantastic, and getting to the beach was easy. There’s a bike trail out front, and Alys & Rosemary Beach are an easy ride away. It also has tennis courts, a basketball goal, bike racks out front, and a nice lawn for playing ball.

From booking to the ground level condo that led right to the pool, everything made for the best vacation we’ve ever had. Our family of four had a restful, pleasant first full week long beach vacation, and the people there were a lovely bonus. My 4 year old son likes talking to people, especially at the pool, and everyone was so sweet and chatted with him about everything. We made memories, and came home happy and united. It was the family vacation we needed!

The value is what keeps me coming back to Sand Cliffs. The condos are clean, cared for, and well managed, with prices that feel competitive for the area. You get a lot for your money here. It’s also right on gorgeous Seacrest beach, with restaurants and shops a reasonable walk away. This stretch is much less crowded than Rosemary or Alys Beach. I’ve stayed several times and have never been disappointed.

The woman at the check-in counter, whose name I can’t recall, made us feel at home and helped us find our way around the premises during our weekend stay. I was there in October of 2017, and the service was exceptional. Sand Cliffs Condominiums is a great fall or winter place to stay, with reasonable prices too.
