The shower grab bar was loose when I reported it earlier in the week, and it still hadn't been fixed. Then this past week, after about a month of weekday work stays, I found a bed bug. I told the staff before leaving for the day and asked for a different room that would be thoroughly cleaned during the 11 hours I was away. When I got back, the bed looked recently slept in and dirty linens were left around. A staff member and I had to check rooms to find one available because their system couldn't show which rooms were actually ready. They seemed to gloss over the bed bug report. Maybe they didn't want to make things sound worse, but the conversation made it seem like this might happen semi-regularly. The price is good, but I'll pay more and drive farther before staying again. I hope they get cleanliness and operations under control.

We didn't see any unwanted critters, at least. But this is a basic place just to shower and sleep, and housekeeping still needs to improve. The room was very dusty during our five-night stay, and the bed was made only once. There was barely any toilet paper on the roll when we arrived, about a quarter inch, and no spare roll. Luckily, deer hunters carry striking paper. The freezer badly needs defrosting, and the commode lid was on a swivel, like in most motels.

Breakfast was good and ready on time, and our room was quiet. The motel was clean and tidy, too. Chris Danielle kash and dawn were all really friendly and gave us perfect service. We've stayed at a few motels, but this one tops them. My family and I really appreciate everything you did to make our stay better. Big thank you to you all.

Someone was given a key to my room on another stay and tried to come in while I was inside. I also once opened the door to a room that was already occupied because of a double-booking. With mistakes like these, I strongly recommend using the extra door lock for safety. The cleanliness has been getting worse each time we stay, and the rooms are very dirty. Showers often won't drain, surfaces are dusty, and sometimes the beds look as if someone has already slept in them. We stay here regularly, but from now on we'll travel a little farther and stay elsewhere. The repeated booking problems and dirty rooms make the place uncomfortable and unsafe. I can't recommend it unless there are major improvements.
