Astra Hotel, Seattle, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott

The room was missing a microwave and an iron, which was a bit inconvenient. There was a steamer, but it didn’t work as well on my polyester dress shirt. It did have a safe and refrigerator. On the plus side, everything was very clean, including the tile or vinyl floors, and housekeeping came each day. Breakfast was better than decent, about like a Courtyard, though the choices and table service could have been better. It was my first time at Astra, and overall I had a great stay and would come back.

Johnathan and Davis made our birthday and anniversary weekend feel so special from the moment we arrived. We got there hours before check-in, but our room was already ready, and they’d arranged a high-floor suite with an incredible view of the Space Needle. Inside were handwritten birthday and anniversary cards with kind notes from the staff, plus fancy assorted candy. They went out of their way to handle our requests and made us feel like family. I’ve never had a better hotel stay. I hope Johnathan and Davis are recognized for their warm, top-notch service. We’ll definitely stay at the Astra Hotel whenever we’re in Seattle, and I’d recommend this lovely place without hesitation. 💕 - Jess & Sarah

Brandon at the front desk was especially sweet and helpful, and everyone we dealt with was kind. We also got a kick out of seeing sparky and having him bring our food and drinks. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with three different places to eat. The rooms could be a little bigger, but we loved staying here. Very cool!

We were able to walk easily to the restaurants and attractions we wanted, including spots around South Lake Union, thanks to Astra Hotel’s downtown location. The room was spotless throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly. It has a modern feel, too. Highly recommend!
