The staff were the nicest I've ever come across. They arranged a transfer to our cruise, checked us in early, and were so helpful by phone. The other guests were nice too. Our room had a great shower with fantastic pressure and a little kitchenette. The area doesn't have many businesses open, but the hotel is close to the airport train, Pike Place Market, and the water, all an easy walk of about 10 minutes. It really is a great location. One more thing, the bath towels are enormous and amazing. I'd buy them for my house if I could. We decided to stay in and relax at night rather than go out. Seattle's homeless population is bad in general, though for the most part people seemed to keep to themselves.

The fridge, microwave, and coffee pot make it easy to stay here, and the soft pillows and cozy beds are lovely. The staff are all fantastic, and they even let you leave your bags after checkout if you want to go out for a drink in Seattle. My boyfriend and I live in Bremerton and come to Seattle for events. We started staying at the Belltown inn last spring and have been coming for almost a year. We like it so much that it's our go-to hotel now. We usually stay about once a month, and I highly recommend it.

The staff are polite and helpful, and I'd definitely stay here again. It's a nice little downtown Seattle hotel, with the Space Needle and Pike Place Market a short walk away. The light rail and plenty of buses make it easy to get around if you don't want to walk. The rooftop area looks like it'll be a great space once it's finished.

The staff were amazing. They clearly enjoy their jobs, helped me with tips and recommendations for my first Seattle visit, and made me feel like I mattered. It didn't feel like being shuffled through a chain hotel. The rooms were clean and just right, and the rooftop patio was great. I also liked the free morning coffee, water, and snacks, especially the free bikes for guests. Everything is close and walkable. The car service to and from SEA Airport costs $45, compared with $75 for Uber, which is a great deal. I chose this gem mostly for the price. Other big chains wanted $400-$500 a night, while I paid around that for a whole week. I saw the comments about the homeless population, and yes, there are a lot of homeless people around, but I never felt unsafe. I'm from Chicago, so I'm used to that. I wish I could say more, there's a 1500-word limit. I've told all my friends and family about this hotel, and we'll stay here when we come back for a cruise this summer.

When I suddenly came down with the flu while moving into an apartment down the street, the Belltown Inn staff kindly held my things and brought them back to my room the following weekend, when I returned for them. Their customer service earned my lasting loyalty. The prices are very reasonable by downtown Seattle standards, and there's a funky feel with lots of interesting places to see and do nearby. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. They went above and beyond, an A+ experience.
