After nearly four years at Centennial Tower & Court Apartments, I can say the new management transition to Two Coast Living seems promising so far, though it's too early to judge fully. The building is fairly peaceful despite its downtown location, and maintenance has been a real strength. When I've had problems like a broken tap or other repairs, the team has responded in a reasonable timeframe and sorted them out efficiently. The gym is decent for a functional workout, even if it isn't equipped like a commercial gym, and the pool is now operating. The older building does have dated interiors, and bugs can occasionally be an issue downtown. To management's credit, they respond and address those reports quickly. Parking is a drawback: spaces are tight, the garage could be cleaner, and I've seen rodents in the parking area. The place has its flaws, but I don't think it's as bad as some reviews suggest, especially with the new management. If you're thinking about moving in, it's worth seeing for yourself.

I moved into Centennial Tower on November 14, 2025, and my 15-month lease still has me stuck here. The dishwasher has never worked properly. It was supposedly repaired in December, but it wasn't fixed. I put in another work order on December 31, and after two maintenance visits it was still unusable on January 9. Since the new management took over around December 30, 2025, each visit has brought vague promises that the problem is being looked into, but no schedule, follow-through, or accountability. The visits interrupt my work hours, and I'm left without a working appliance. Apologies and sympathy don't mean much without action. The building already had a poor reputation under the previous management, and the new team has made things worse so far. Communication, urgency, and follow-through have all declined. If timely repairs, accountability, and basic professionalism matter to you, I'd think twice before renting here. I want to give it less than one star, but can't.

I lived here for a year, and it was the worst place I've ever lived. The building feels unsafe: people try to get into the complex, the alarm goes off often, including at night, and nothing seems to be done. I reported it to staff and security several times without seeing action. There are regular fights in the alley, and people sometimes wait by the entrance to follow residents inside. It doesn't feel safe at night or early in the morning. The garage has been broken since November, even though I pay $250 a month for parking. The reader doesn't work, so I have to leave my car in the alley and go inside to open the garage. That's unsafe, and the garage problems have made me late for work more than once. People also regularly take my assigned spot. Staff said I was wrong and threatened to tow my car, even though the parking company confirmed the spot was mine. Maintenance handed me a drain snake and told me to clear my own clogged sink. The building is filthy too: trash, food, and dog waste sit in the hallways for days. Dog waste I reported stayed there for over a week, and the elevator is often covered in urine and other waste. Despite all this, my rent went up by $300 a month. There is no reason to raise the rent in a place that's unsafe and poorly maintained. Don't live here.

I've been here about five years, and the quality has slipped a lot. The views are a plus, and receptionist Scott is a bright spot, but there's always something needing repair, sometimes every month. Water quality has been a recurring problem, and the parking spaces are tiny. The staff are nice, but they don't seem to have much say: major requests get denied or delayed. It's a little cheaper than newer apartments, but you get what you pay for.
