The location made getting around easy, and we didn't need a rental car. Staff were quick to respond whenever we called, and they let us check in early and check out late. We also appreciated the complimentary water, though it was only provided on one day. There were some basic problems that shouldn't happen at a hotel advertised as four stars. The toilet was clogged and visibly dirty when we arrived, and there was hair in the shower. We also dealt with a backed-up sink, and the toilet issue needed attention. The heater kept swinging from too hot to too cold, regardless of the thermostat, so it was hard to stay comfortable. I'd consider coming back for the location and price if these issues were addressed. I'd rate this stay 3 out of 5.

Keyry took such good care of us and made the weekend feel personal. We were celebrating my friend's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to the 29th floor and access to the executive lounge. The view was wonderful, and the lounge added a lot to the stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect. I loved the whole experience and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

We liked the location and the bidet, and the room was a good size. The hotel was good value for where it is, in a safe area near Synphony station and about a 10-minute walk from Pikes Fish Market and the restaurants. Staff were very responsive when I texted requests. The AC and heater switched on and off loudly through the night. It kept waking me, so at one point I turned it off. The TV is cable, not a smart TV. The place isn't perfect, but the location worked well for us.

The bathrooms were spacious and really nice, and the staff were sweet and helpful. They even gave me a birthday card, which I loved. We were within walking distance of lots of attractions and public transportation, and the location was great. The TV wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't use streaming services, but we only wanted to watch after full days out and it didn't spoil the stay. Parking costs were a little confusing and kind of expensive. Still, we had a great time and would come back.

The room upgrade and executive lounge access made the stay even better, thanks to the manager who upgraded us for my birthday. We had a panoramic view from the top floor. On a clear day you could see Mt. Ranier on one side and the Cascade range on the other, with the Space Needle looking beautiful from our window. The hotel is in an incredible spot. We only used Uber four times, including the airport trips, because we walked everywhere. Staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were top tier, with Japanese-style bidets, heated seats, and a dryer. This stay was a huge part of our super cool Seattle trip. I can't recommend it enough, and it's the only hotel I'd want when I return to Seattle.
