We had a one-night stay and were happy with how clean and well maintained everything was. The room was huge, very clean, and had plenty of room for a family. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was a large buffet with a made-to-order omelet station. The omelets were very good. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, 13 coins. The gym was large, clean, updated-looking, and had lots of equipment. The pool was clean and warm, the hot tub a little warmer and very large, with plenty of towels and seating. The outdoor deck had nice views. The evening snacks and cocktails were a nice treat, with trail mix, chips and salsa, cheese, fruit, and a range of drinks. The staff were friendly, and the garage had plenty of parking, though we were there on a weekend without a game. It's an easy walk to the train station or Lumen Field. The only downside was that the elevators smelled like urine.

We arrived by Amtrak, and the hotel is right there, which was so convenient. It's also close to the stadium and an easy walk to the ferries, downtown, and Pioneer Square. This Embassy Suites is new, modern, and really nice, nothing like a typical one. Our corner room had lots of windows, and the front desk staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was a big plus. You can order eggs how you like them or get an omelet, and the cook did a great job every morning. There were also waffles, pastries, cereal, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, and juice. At 5 p.m. there's Happy Hour with snacks and two drinks on the house. They still do housekeeping every day, which I appreciated since lots of hotels only clean every other day or less. It was nice coming back after a long day to a neatly made bed.

The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the train station, so getting around was quick and easy, and inside the hotel you don't hear the station racket. The rooms were great, and guests can use the fun gym and pool on the 8th floor. We also had excellent food at 13 Coins Restaurant in the grand reception room. Plus, the free breakfast was hard to beat. This unique Embassy Suites location would make a stay much easier.

I planned a birthday treat for my husband, and this place really delivered. The gym and pool both have great views, and I was impressed with the pool furniture. The whole hotel has a great vibe. We had a corner room with amazing views too. If you want an upscale place, this is it. The restaurant downstairs had a decent menu, and my four-year-old loved sitting in the swivel leather chairs. It was a great trip for my family and me.

It's clean and in a perfect location, and I have no other complaints. The spacious gym was nice, though it was missing basics like mats for stretching or exercise. The first-floor bathroom is locked, which makes it a hassle to use. Diamond members don't get much here besides a couple of Hershey bars, and neither upgrades nor late checkout were available.
