Lake Union View Suites by Metro

I’ve been here seven years, maybe longer, and never wanted to leave until the problems over the last year or two. Hundreds of dollars in packages have gone missing, with months between incidents, and there are no cameras by the lobby mailboxes. I’ve reported the thefts over and over, but nothing has changed. Maybe management isn’t to blame, but the building owners, who make the key decisions, seem not to care. My car has also been broken into three times: the windows were smashed twice, and once someone got in without breaking one. There are no garage cameras, and even after police reports and repeated requests for help, nothing was done. Rent increases began around the same time as all this theft. If you’re fine with packages disappearing, car break-ins, and the people in charge taking no action, move on in! :) PS: I do love Amy in the office. She’s very kind, but it seems the owners keep her and management from doing anything to protect residents.
