Luxe Hubs Corporate High Rise Apartments on Pine

After nine years at Premiere on Pine, I still love calling it home. It's centrally located, and my apartment is spacious and modern, with plenty of closet space. The rooftop is a great spot to relax and enjoy the incredible views. My recent lease renewal went smoothly, and Katie, Ryan, and Meryem helped secure a great offer that made me feel valued as a long-term resident. The whole staff is friendly and provides high-quality service. When maintenance issues come up, the team responds promptly. Byran and Joel are a delight and make sure the work is fully resolved.

We’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s always a delight to head out of our apartment, enjoy the building’s vibe, and have fun chats with the staff. They feel more like friends now. Kiona and Joel are so professional and helpful, and I can’t imagine living here without them. Byron runs the maintenance team responsibly and is very supportive. Appliance repairs or replacements have been completely stress-free. Meryem picks things up quickly and does an excellent job keeping up with the building’s chores. Katie is a key person here too. I don’t think everything would run so smoothly without her. All three Christmas trees look lovely this year. My favorite is the white one on the 40th floor, like in P1. P2 shows a building event with yummy free food. I just wish we had a better espresso machine. PoP can literally beat any building in downtown Seattle, I mean it!

Being able to get around Seattle on foot made the whole trip easy. Pike Place, Capitol Hill, downtown, and the Paramount right across the street were all close by, and I never needed a car. The views were AMAZING too, and I’ve attached some photos. I stayed six days and loved every second. The place was tidy throughout, from the unit to the common areas, and it felt like the building was cared for every day. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful whenever I needed anything, and never made me feel like a bother. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. A 10/10 stay.

The common spaces are great, and the apartment was spotless, in excellent shape, and fitted with new appliances. The location is just right too. Meryem was so kind and polite with us. She showed us around in detail and answered all of our questions. We knew right away that we wanted to live here. We’ve only just moved in, but already feel sure we’ll be very happy.
