The units and building are awesome, and the amenities are well kept. Kevin on the maintenance team is kind and knows his stuff. The sky lounge is a must-see. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We’ve been here for six months and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. Our unit has an amazing city view, and the rooftop views are breathtaking. The front desk, leasing, and maintenance teams are always friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Robert from maintenance, who responds promptly and professionally whenever something comes up. We have full confidence in him; he often goes above and beyond by fixing extra things before he leaves.

After many years in Seattle, I can say Viktoria Apartments has the best views and management team of anywhere I’ve stayed. I’m beyond satisfied. Huge thanks to Robert for fixing my fridge so quickly and giving my dog lots of treats. Happy dog, happy humans!

The rooftop design, prime waterfront location, and stunning views of the Sound and mountains are what convinced me to move to Viktoria when it opened. It was one of the first upscale waterfront rentals then, and I’ve lived here ever since. The staff have always been friendly and attentive to residents’ needs and comfort. Resident events are a nice extra and a good chance to meet newcomers and spend time together. Genero, the leasing specialist and concierge, makes the place especially welcoming and often goes beyond what I expect. We connected because we’re both from the NYC area and have similar backgrounds, and he’s helped me out many times. Robert from maintenance is irreplaceable. He’s done outstanding work to keep my apartment in good shape over the years. He’s also a great cook and enthusiastically makes food for everyone at community events, so thanks to him we’re well fed. 😁 A special thank you to those two and all the Viktoria staff.
