We had a good view of the fireworks from the 3rd floor, but getting around the hotel during the 4th of July stay was a real hassle. Only one elevator nearest the check-in and information desk was working, despite the holiday crowds. It caused major bottlenecks at check-in and checkout, and especially before, during, and after the fireworks. The second elevator never arrived during our stay, and there was no sign saying it was out of service, which made things confusing. We know the hotel was under renovation, but even a simple notice would have helped set expectations. For the price, the experience was more frustrating than it should’ve been. We’ll avoid this location while construction is going on and plan to stay at the Ruston Way property next year.

The fitness center is huge, and the location is good. We found it comfortable, with friendly, professional staff and really good breakfasts.

The breakfast was absolutely disgusting for a $200-a-night room. Parking was overpriced at $30, and the check-in staff were rude and condescending.

A nice place by the water, with lovely views from the windows.

The bay view was nice, and the hotel was very clean.
