Both rooms were spacious, and the place has a carefully put together boutique feel, from the charming restaurant downstairs to the rooftop bar. The food and drinks were good, and the water views from the room and rooftop were stunning. The location is excellent, just a block from Pike Place Market and the historic port area. We arrived around 1 a.m. during the holiday season and were warmly welcomed with cookies and sparkling wine. We didn't get our preferred room the first night, but the staff moved us smoothly the next day as soon as a room with a beautiful water view was available. Highly recommend.

After checking into another Seattle hotel that was missing essential amenities, we took someone's recommendation and moved to the Thompson. It was a much better stay. The staff are kind and go out of their way to help with whatever guests need. The rooms are clean and modern, and some have remarkable views. It's a perfect location, within walking distance of the market and restaurants. We'll definitely come back to the Thompson on future trips.

The design inside is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully done, so the place feels comfortable and special. Complimentary coffee was a nice perk, and there was always someone available to open the door. The service was excellent throughout, and we'd absolutely stay here again. Keonne and Chuck welcomed us warmly when we arrived at Thompson Seattle by Hyatt, and even offered complimentary sparkling wine. We felt genuinely looked after.

What made my stay at the Thompson Seattle one of my best hotel experiences was the staff. The views, modern decor, and walkable location were lovely too, but it was the people who made the difference. The valet team greeted me with smiles and helped with my luggage after a long trip. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were personable and attentive. They made sure I had what I needed and shared useful tips for local attractions. Housekeeping, the restaurant staff, and everyone else I met were friendly and willing to help. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived and well cared for the whole time. I can't recommend the Thompson Seattle enough for its family like hospitality. I'll definitely return.

The personalized, upscale feel was paired with real comfort. The interior was gorgeous, clean, updated, and thoughtfully selected. Keonne and Chuck greeted us with cookies, sparkling wine, and helpful tips about the city, so we immediately felt at home and ready to explore Seattle. We had no complaints and will recommend the Thompson Seattle by Hyatt to anyone visiting. It was a phenomenal 10/10 vacation, everything we hoped for and more. Thanks for making it so good!
