After more than two years living here, I honestly wouldn't change anything about this community. It's in a perfect spot, right on the Lake Union trail, with lovely views of the lake and great lounges for gatherings and birthday parties. Staff have been very helpful, and there's no noise from above or the side walls. If you work downtown or in SLU, routes 62 and 40 run directly along Dexter Ave and Westlake Ave. Both streets also have bike lanes to Fremont and downtown/SLU. Each year I've received renewal bonuses that keep my rent from increasing. 5/5 on nearly every aspect.

I love living in this building. The staff are lovely and always ready to help, and there's no hassle when maintenance is needed. The units are beautiful and well cared for. Parking and extra storage are a huge bonus, as are the view, location, and great amenities.

We've lived at Westlake Steps for five years and have seen the leasing office staff change over time. Grace and Anisha Roy have both stood out for going above and beyond with residents' requests. I understand Grace is no longer on the team. With no property manager in place, Anisha has been especially responsive, efficient, and helpful. Her professional but friendly manner makes residents feel welcome. Thank you for making living here a better experience, and keep up the good work.

I've been at Westlake Steps for over two years and it's been a good experience so far. The property is well maintained and maintenance responds quickly. There are recurring problems with some amenities, though. The bowling lane goes out of service a lot and hasn't worked for the past few months.

I've lived at Westlake Steps for more than three years, and it's been a positive experience overall. It's comfortable and convenient, in a safe neighborhood with easy access to downtown, Fremont, and the lake. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the building has a good range of useful amenities.
