The location is handy for getting to trails and hiking areas, and I had a nice red rock view from my balcony. The staff were friendly and willing to handle special requests. Still, with a resort fee, I expected more of a resort feel. There aren't grounds to walk around, just two small pools and some free activities arranged by the hotel, like a 30 min morning meditation. It came across as an upscale motel rather than a luxury resort.

I had a large, beautiful room close to the trail, and waking up for a hike followed by a hot breakfast was a great way to start each day. The hot tub was great, though I didn't try the pool. Staff were always kind and helpful. I booked 3 nights because the location is a good base in Sedona, with a quick walk to good food and shopping. I'd recommend it and would stay again.

Being allowed to check in early after a long flight made a big difference, and the daily activities were a nice part of the stay. There were fun choices for kids, relaxing options for adults, and things families could do together. Arabella is also close to all the touristy places. Jackie at the front desk deserves a special mention. She was warm, knew Sedona well, and gave us useful suggestions shaped around what we wanted to do. That made planning our days much easier. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of healthy choices, and every staff member we met was friendly and attentive. Our stay at the Arabella Hotel was wonderful from beginning to end, beyond what we expected. The thoughtful amenities and hardworking team made us feel welcome. We'd happily come back.

I held a Sales Meeting at the Arabella and came away with nothing but good things to say. The team enjoyed the location, breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. It was easy to reach trails and nearby spots for food and drinks, and the meeting room had a great view. I'd gladly return for work or a personal visit.

We stayed 4 nights from NYE to the Sunday 4th. The grounds felt more like a resort than a hotel, and although you can tell it's older, it's well cared for. Staff were very friendly, and when we called the front desk twice with concerns, they were dealt with in minutes. We met nice guests from Chicago, San Diego, Wyoming, and a few locals. We came to Sedona for MTB riding and wanted the pool and hot tubs to recover between days on the trails. The pool was nicely heated, and the large hot tub was the best. Apparently the pool is 9ft deep because Elvis wanted a springboard. There was a bike cleaning station with tools next to the fenced dog park. The park had another set of Adirondacks with a fire pit and a Cornhole game just outside. There were dogs everywhere, which we love, and we didn't hear a thing at night. We had a lower courtyard-facing room with 3 sets of Adirondacks and fire pits all around, including at the lookout. You could get them lit by calling the number on the pit lid, which we loved. The room had dry racks in the bathroom area and very comfy beds. The fridge dial was missing and set low, but I used a bike tool to turn it up. Water pressure and hot water were good. Breakfast was good: yogurt with fruit, DIY waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and usually a sausage or turkey protein, with strong, mild, or decaf coffee, liquid creamers, three juice types, and muffins. Get there early, as the wait grows after 9am. Happy hour by the restaurant had 3.50 beers provided by the hotel, and we caught a great cover band one night. The hostess there was very nice. Mole restaurant was a nice addition, though $$$. The hostess found us bar seats, so call for reservations, we got lucky. I hate leaving such a great review because the price rocked and now everyone will know. Thanks, Todd W.
