Dreamcatcher Inn of Sedona

Jamie was so friendly and helpful when I checked in, and I was really comfortable during my stay. The room was wonderful and very clean, with crisp white sheets, pretty folded towels and washcloths, and a spacious, pretty bathroom. There was also a separate getting-ready area outside the bathroom with its own sink and mirror. The vanity mirror came with cotton rounds, swabs, and makeup remover wipes, a few nice touches. The room had a great kitchenette for making a small meal: induction stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the utensils I needed. It also had a nice big TV. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean, well maintained, and had a nice kitchen. What we'll remember most, though, is how kind the staff were. We stayed at Dreamcatcher Inn from December 24 to 26, over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Most restaurants were closed on Christmas night, so we couldn't find anywhere to eat. We went back to the hotel to cook noodles, then realized we'd forgotten salt because we hadn't expected this situation. I asked at the front desk whether they might have salt or butter. The woman there searched the office, and when she couldn't find any, asked a coworker for help. Her coworker brought salt and butter over from a nearby branch just for us. We were truly touched. Those small packets made our plain noodles taste better, and felt like the best Christmas gift we could've received. It was a wonderful stay, and we're very grateful for the thoughtful, caring staff. Thank you!

We got here only a couple of hours ago, but I was impressed as soon as we walked in. It's really cute, very clean, and there's a shared strip of patio where you can enjoy the weather. If we come back to Sedona, this will definitely be our hotel of choice.

The room had been upgraded nicely, with some good features and a beautiful, clean bathroom. The bed, though, was awful, thin and springy, almost like sleeping on a water bed. The loud split AC made it hard to fall asleep too. A hotel should give tired travelers a decent night's rest, but we woke up with sore backs.
