We could walk from the hotel to Tlaquepaque Arts District for breakfast and to enjoy the architecture, while still staying somewhere peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pool views were unlike those at any other Sedona resort I’ve visited. Our walkout room had a personal fire pit for stargazing from the patio, and the pool loungers had pillows that made it easy to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated in a modern retro desert style. I especially liked the soft beds, mini fridge, two vanity sinks and mirrors, and cozy sweatshirt robes. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Sedona.

The pool was nice, and the room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately we won’t be back. We booked a balcony room with a pool view two months ahead for my birthday trip, then were told on arrival that those rooms weren’t finished being renovated. I don’t understand why they were being booked before they were ready. We were moved to a first-floor accessible room in another building with no pool view. The room itself wasn’t bad, but the shower had no curtain or barrier, so water spread all over the bathroom floor every time we used it. I’d suggest providing a curtain for guests placed in that room who don’t need an accessible shower. They also tried to charge us $490 a night for the accessible room, even though our original balcony room was booked at $380. Absolutely not. We asked them to honor the original rate since we had no say in the room change, and this whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

The resort’s location between Oak creek and Sedona gave us awe inspiring views. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with playful bathrooms that fit the Sedona style, a welcome change from the color schemes at older resorts. The newly renovated pool, fitness center, and spa are all top in the market. We had a pleasant surprise at the restaurant too: the food included both local and traditional dishes, and breakfast after an early hike in the red rocks really hit the spot. The restaurant and bar look beautiful, and the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive.

We spent a weekend here with our family and enjoyed drinks by the pool and live music in the evening. The place felt quiet and secluded, but the staff brought plenty of energy and were terrific. The rooms were clean, and the pool looked beautiful with the red rocks behind it. Service was incredible. With hikes and shopping only about five minutes away, the location worked perfectly. I’d highly recommend staying here on a Sedona visit.

The views of the mesas by day and stars at night were a real treat, and we found the rates a little lower than other places in central Sedona. There’s plenty of parking, a large property, and lots of amenities, though you can’t really walk to dining or shopping. It’s just a 5-10 minute drive or a quick bike ride. We enjoyed the pools and landscaping, and ate both breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant. The meals were delicious and priced similarly to other local restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed with my partner in May of 2026, a few weeks after the post-renovation reopening, and had a great visit overall. The one real issue was ongoing renovation and landscaping work that disturbed otherwise peaceful mornings. I assume that work is finished by now, and we’d stay again.
