Rodeway Inn & Suites Iris Garden

My complaint is about the front desk and management. I had to cancel a reservation after I could no longer take the vacation, and got the run around. I called three times. On the third call, they said they’d searched and found no reservation, so the manager must have canceled it as requested. Then I was charged on my credit card for not showing up. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said she’d call, but she never did. They gave me her cell number too, and she still didn’t respond to my messages. The front desk seemed disorganized, and they never return calls. The customer service was horrible. I’ll never patronize this establishment again, and I encourage others to do the same.
