Walt’s breakfast was delicious, and the other guests were lovely company at the table. The welcome note on the door and the breakfast made just for you gave the stay a cared for, homey feel. The room was spacious enough, very clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed, a well-stocked bathroom, and plenty of TV channels to watch before bed. We didn’t hear the other guests through the shared walls at all. The owners were so sweet that after just one night, we wished we could’ve stayed longer. For the price, I don’t think there’s a better place in the Providence area.

The owners, a lovely couple, upgraded the room I booked for my mother so she had her own bathroom. The house and room have so much classic New England charm, and the rooms are stunning. The owners made her a full breakfast and helped her get acquainted with the area. I’d absolutely recommend it, and it would be a great couples’ getaway too. 10/10.

Walt and Dorothy were such friendly, enjoyable company, and the breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were comfortable too. It had everything I want in a B&B, and I’d highly recommend it.

The house is old and the rooms are small, but the hospitality and breakfast were amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed chatting with the owners and the other guests over breakfast.

It’s easy to get where I need to go from Nichols, and staying there feels like being with family. The rooms are comfy, the people are nice, and breakfast is good.
