We’re on a fixed income, so we don’t have many choices, but I didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable here. The rooms are always clean and pet friendly, though they don’t seem completely redone and I hope they’re still working on the place. Bedside tables aren’t always attached to the wall, and their outlets never work. I’ve stayed in smoking and non-smoking rooms. In the smoking rooms, the old AC doesn’t work very well, while the non-smoking rooms I’ve had have had better units that cooled us right down. On our last stay, we booked twice. The first visit was only six hours, and we could only get a non-smoking room. That was the second non-smoking room we’ve tried here, and it had better features.

It was clean, quiet, and laid back, but the bathroom light didn’t work and the door locks weren’t good. There wasn’t an iron or ironing board either.

We had to wait 30 minutes because our room wasn’t ready and was still being cleaned. When we finally got in, it was disgusting: mold all over the bathroom, blood-like stains on the towels, and cigarette burns in the bedding. The price wasn’t even much lower than other hotels nearby. Save the extra $20 and go somewhere else.

The room was disgusting when we checked in, and this was probably my worst hotel stay. I showed the office photos, but they wanted another $15 to move us to a different room. When I refused to pay more than I already had, they wouldn’t give us a refund. Find somewhere actually habitable. This isn’t it.

The handy location made it easy to reach restaurants, gas stations, and nearby attractions, and parking was safe right outside the room. The service and cleanliness were impressive for a budget-friendly motel. Staff were welcoming when I arrived, check-in was quick, and the room was spotless and well kept. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything worked as it should. I felt well looked after and would definitely stay again. It’s a comfortable, affordable place to rest.
