Everything was wonderful, the beds were really comfortable, and the place was very clean and nice. I did want some ice, but the machine was broken, so that didn’t work either.

There wasn’t much to this basic, no-frills hotel, so I’ll try somewhere else next time. Walking into a really hot room was a bad start, and the mini fridge freezer was leaking onto the floor. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the room took a long time to cool down.

The WiFi code they gave me didn’t work, and getting ice meant walking a pretty long way outside to the front office since my room was on the other side of the complex. The sink water also came out brown at first. I let it run for several minutes before drinking any, and I wasn’t comfortable with it, but I was tired and it seemed like my best option. There were a couple dozen dead flies on the floor when I entered the room. The towels were stained and looked possibly dirty. When I went down that night to report the flies and ask for clean towels, the receptionist complained that I hadn’t said something earlier in the day. She seemed more concerned with when I told her than with the dirty room and towels. She wanted me to wait until morning rather than spend two minutes walking to the laundry room, so I said I needed towels that night and we went together. She gave me two. My only positive was that there were no bed bugs. With the state of everything else, that had been a real concern. Saving money wasn’t worth this experience. I highly do not recommend it by any criteria.

The room door wouldn’t lock, the remote was broken, and the restroom light didn’t work. When I asked to have these things fixed, I was told not to worry and that he’d take care of them the next day. At checkout, they wouldn’t let me wait for my ride in the lobby and told me to stand outside.
