The owners made everything easy before and during our stay, with outstanding service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only small drawback was that the door didn’t have an inner upper latch lock. This was a perfect find for our yearly golf tournaments, and better than some pricier places I’ve stayed in Sequim. Five stars, highly recommend, and I’d definitely stay again.

The owner was friendly, understanding, and accommodating, and the service was top-notch. Our room at Sundowner Motel was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. It’s a fantastic location for exploring, too. Wonderful stay, great value for the money, and I’d absolutely come back!

The owner was always available, extremely kind, and accommodating to my disabilities. He even asked the right questions about my service animal, something I never get at hotels, so extra props for that. I also got to see how well he interacted with his staff. I was nervous because of reviews mentioning the shower, toilet, or mold, but I didn’t find any of those problems. It was clean and as advertised, with normal wear you’d expect in an older hotel: tiny paint chips, a tile crack, and scratches on the bathroom door. Would 100% stay again!

My wife and oldest daughter were arriving late, and I wanted to surprise them with a few things in their room, so I had a Walmart order delivered to the front desk. The Sundowner staff took it from there, set everything up in the room, and even texted me a picture to confirm it was ready for them. They went above and beyond for their guests. Fantastic staff.

Rooms are cozy, and the staff are super friendly and helpful whatever the time or situation. I did quite a bit of research before arriving, and this is probably the best hotel in the area. Great spot to stay, highly recommend.
