My kids loved the board games in the lobby, especially the life size jenga. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were nice, and the showers were amazing. We don’t usually get water this hot with this much pressure at other hotels.

The manager made things right by not charging us for the first night, when we had no heat. They couldn’t get it fixed quickly the next morning, so we had to move one floor down. The new hotel was beautiful, and the grounds were nicely landscaped with a lovely mountain view. Both rooms had really comfortable beds and lots of space, plus great bathroom lighting and a working exhaust fan. The only reason I didn’t give rooms five stars was the heating issue.

The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were clean and well equipped, but breakfast was a disaster. On our short two-day trip with my wife and four-year-old son, we went down at 9:25 Sunday morning and found no plates, napkins, silverware, bowls, eggs, sausage, hash browns, or hot food, and very little else. The juice machine was empty too. I politely asked the attendant if she could refill it, and she sternly said, “NO.” Hot food eventually came back after 15-20 minutes. We sat down at 9:50, hoping I could get a waffle after my eggs, but the breakfast doors closed promptly at 10. Back in our room to get our things and start the day in pigeon forge, we found our keys had been disabled. We probably wouldn’t stay again since there are other hilton hotels in the area.

We stayed one night and the customer service was top notch, with immaculate rooms. Ours had a kitchenette with everything we needed. The little details were incredible, like a shower bar for the ladies to shave their legs and a curtain for privacy between guests sleeping and those in the kitchen area. There were lovely spots to relax and spend family time. Did I mention how clean it was? Seriously, I’ve seen hospital rooms that weren’t this clean. It was incredible. Thank you!
