River Crossing Resort

The room seemed okay when we first walked in, but it hadn't been cleaned. Sheets and blankets were left on the floor, and the beds still had food on them and hadn't been made. I wasn't happy with the place. The owner offered $50 back as credit toward another stay instead of cash. I won't use it for one of his condos; I'll spend that credit somewhere else.

We stayed in unit 504 at rivercrossing condo. The place was clean and nice, the pool area was great, and we liked the area. The balcony chairs are metal and get really hot, though, and the bed sags in the middle and needs replacing. There was no washer and dryer, the kitchen needs more cooking supplies, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. We also rented through timbertops and amazing view cabins, and it took four calls to get the microwave fixed. We'd stay again if those things were taken care of.

In Unit 205, the bathroom had mold, and two of the four power cables for the cable boxes were bad. The room wasn't ready at check-in. They'd changed the sheets but not the comforters. Calling for help meant being put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. Near the parking area, a sewage pipe sticks out of the ground with only a rotting board over it, so a child could jump on it and fall through. I won't stay here again.

The pool was clean, and we really liked our nice condo on the fourth floor. The TVs can be tricky to set up at first, but they work fine if you use Roku. We'd come back 👍
