Smoky Mountains 3BD Deluxe

The location is nice, but the resort fell short on the details. The toilet paper was cheap and scratchy, and a strong trash odor surrounded our building in the mid-70-degree weather. I can’t imagine how it smells later in summer. Security vehicle headlights shone into the windows all night, so I couldn’t sleep. The bathtub had gross orangey-brown drips of some unknown liquid, and the appliances needed three cycles before they would finish their jobs.

The pools and activities were a big plus, and the room itself was really comfortable. The staff were wonderful too. Our room was downstairs facing a busy road, though, and the noise made the balcony unusable if we wanted to talk. We’d come back, but ask for a room away from the road.

The room was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. We enjoyed the activities, especially the S'mores😀, and would definitely stay again. The living room fan just needs a remote or a longer pull chain.

The location was perfect, and our renovated two-bedroom condo was spacious and clean. I’d expected a small facility, but it turned out to be an amazing resort, with two sides that each had indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and putt putt. The staff were wonderful to work with when booking, and even decorated our room and door for our three-year-old grandchild’s birthday. 100% recommend staying here.
