Breeze Inn

The fish and chips at the restaurant are easily the best in Seward, and I'd make a point of eating there. Getting around is easy too, since the motel is close to downtown and within walking distance. We loved staying here and will be back.

The room was really clean, but it felt quite dated. I understand that pets can affect a room, though for what I paid I expected something nicer. Breakfast wasn't included, which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and easy to reach, but nobody explained how to get on the WiFi.

The employees were friendly, and my room was comfortable and clean. I stayed here several years ago while my son was touring avtec, and had no complaints. It's also convenient for getting to the marina.

The location made our Seward stay especially convenient. Major Marine Tours is about a five minute walk away, and restaurants and small shops are close enough to reach on foot. Free overnight parking was a bonus, and the elevator helped with our bags. We had a two queen room despite booking for two, which gave us extra space. The room was spotless, with good attention to cleanliness. Air conditioning was much appreciated, and the blackout curtains did a decent job during the long daylight, though not perfectly. The older building is maintained well. Hot water worked fine, but pressure was a bit low. Bar soap and shampoo were provided, and check-in was quick and easy. The price was on the high side, but felt fair for the location, cleanliness, and amenities. My wife and I would gladly stay at the Breeze Inn again.
